My name is Vivian Gallardo and from a young age, I knew I was called to support families. At just 18, I began my journey as a Registered Behavior Technician, working closely with children on the autism spectrum and their families. I supported parents in understanding their child’s diagnosis while respecting and uplifting their unique parenting styles. After three years as a behavior therapist, I felt pulled to be a more consistent, nurturing presence in the lives of the families I served.
That desire led me to transition into nannying, where I worked with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children. I became a trusted caregiver and companion, often walking alongside families during their most vulnerable and transformative moments. Through this work, I witnessed the powerful impact of trusted, consistent support—it gave parents peace, confidence, and space to fully enjoy their role.
Knowing I could make a difference in the lives of new parents, I followed my heart into postpartum care and founded Womb & Willow Postpartum Doula Services. I’ve completed extensive postpartum and lactation training through Doula University and am a proud, active member of the Perinatal Professionals Organization. I continue my education weekly, expanding my skills and preparing to incorporate birthwork into my offerings in the near future.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that families deserve gentle, personalized support as they navigate early parenthood. It’s my honor to hold space, offer care, and walk beside them every step of the way.
